Cliptastic ClickUp System

Cliptastic was running its content operation through Google Sheets and WhatsApp. As the team scaled, that stopped working. I built the entire ClickUp system from scratch, and the result supported over 12 million views across all channels in 10 months.

Bublotte Website

Bublotte needed a website redesign that could actually convert. I redesigned the experience in Figma with a focus on trust-building, intuitive flow, and smarter use of screen real estate to guide visitors from discovery to purchase.

What Grounds My Work

Integrity

I do the work the right way, even when no one is watching. Every decision I make is in service of the goal, not the shortcut. I don't believe in "fake it til you make it."

Curiosity

I ask a lot of questions and I'm always learning something new. I think the best work comes from people who never stop being interested in the world around them.

Honesty

I'd rather give you a hard truth than an easy answer. Honest feedback, realistic timelines, and transparent communication are non-negotiable for me.

Adaptability

No two clients are the same, and no two problems are either. I adjust quickly, pick things up fast, and find my footing even in unfamiliar territory.

Who I am

I am Bianca, a designer and operations manager from the Philippines. With a deep love for visual storytelling and a taste for aesthetics cultivated since childhood, I've built a career at the intersection of design and operations.

Behind every growing business is someone keeping the design intentional and the operations aligned to the bigger goal. I'm that person, and I genuinely love what I do.
