Approved Leads: Elementor Redesign

Approved Leads came to me with a WordPress site that was scattered, outdated, and missing key pages. I rebuilt it from the ground up in Elementor, restructured, refined, and conversion-ready.

Overview

Approved Leads Marketing needed a rebrand, and that started with their website. They came to me with a WordPress site built on Elementor that had unformatted text, a clunky blog page, and missing sections for key information like their services and portfolio. The goal was clear: redesign it from the ground up to look and work the way a modern B2B agency should.

The Challenge

The site wasn't just outdated visually. It was unfocused. Content was scattered, the information hierarchy made no sense, and the site wasn't guiding visitors toward any meaningful action. My job was to reorganize everything, rebuild the structure, and make sure the design actually served their marketing goals.

On top of that, their Elementor license had limited features, which meant I had to design within real constraints. Every design decision had to be technically feasible within what was available, no workarounds, no premium plugins.

Strategy & Visual Design

I worked closely with the founders on overall direction. They wanted something cleaner and more professional, so I started with the foundations: presenting color palette options and typeface pairings while simultaneously mapping out the site skeleton.

The bigger strategic move was restructuring the funnel. Approved Leads' core business is static ads and lead generation, so I made sure those services appeared immediately after the hero section. Visitors would land, understand what the agency does, and know exactly what to do next. No scrolling required to find the most important thing.

From there I built out the missing sections: a proper services page, a portfolio, and a cleaned-up blog that didn't make visitors want to leave.

The Result

A fully rebranded, restructured website that finally reflected the quality of work Approved Leads was delivering to clients. Organized, professional, and built around the right funnel priorities.

The site would later be revamped again and migrated to Framer, which I also designed and developed through remixing, taking the brand even further.
